SHIPPING & DELIVERY :
USA SHIPPING : BearGearUSA uses USPS ( United States Postal Service ) Select the delivery cost & speed to suit your needs Processing & Shipment takes 2-4 days (If we need to restock item 2-3 weeks ) USA. shipment is approx. $5 for 1 Shirt , but decreases for extra items : $8 for 2 , $9 for 3 & $10 for 4 shirts etc. We update you on the status of your order & shipping . INTERNATIONAL : We use USPS ( FED EX & UPS are too expensive ) PLEASE ALLOW 2-3 days for PROCESSING & 1-3 WEEKS for SHIPPING. Rates depend on destination. Shipping can take 8-15 business days. We ship in a plain package without any BearGearUSA labels.

BearGearUSA values & respects it’s customers PRIVACY. We DO NOT SELL or SHARE Customer Information to anybody or third parties ! We collect customer information to improve our customer’s shopping experience and to communicate to customers about our products, services, and promotions. We recognize that we must maintain and use customer information responsibly. SECURITY : We do not store credit card information , Credit card information is processed through Pay Pal [ which is a secure & trusted service ] If you do not have a Pay Pal account or don’t want to join Pay Pal , you can still pay using their site ( see PAYMENT PROCESS below )
RETURNS & EXCHANGES :
All items [ Except jocks ] can be returned within 30 days of the purchase date. Returns/Exchanges will only be issued for a problem with the size or fault with the item and only for the same item. There are no cash back or charge back returns. Shipping charges are not refunded. The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer , we pay the return cost to you. Shirts are Standard Sizes Hanes or Gildan name brand 100% preshrunk cotton , but may still shrink a little over time ( especially if spun dry hot for long time ) Order the size of shirt you are comfortable wearing now , ( SEE SIZE CHARTS ) For International returns the customer must pay for both the return postages.
HOW TO ORDER :
Click on the item & add the Quantity , CLICK “ADD TO CART” , after you have CHECKED your order , click on “PROCEED TO CHECKOUT”, confirm your order , complete shipping details & payment. Creating an account allows you to checkout faster, store multiple shipping addresses, view/track your orders and make the process easier on your next visit.
PAYMENT PROCESS :
Q : What Forms of payment do we accept ? A : We accepts Visa, MC , AmEX and Bank card payment online thru Pay Pal’s secure server. NOTE : YOU DO NOT NEED TO JOIN PAY PAL to use their service , WHEN DIRECTED TO PAY PAL , click on “DON’T HAVE A PAY PAL ACCOUNT” and you can pay with out joining Pay Pal. If you have trouble making a payment or would rather order by phone, call (317) 465-0122 during business hours Monday-Friday, 10AM-6PM EST or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. We accept credit/debit cards on the phone with SQUARE. We can also send you a “MONEY REQUEST”, accept a Check or Echeck. (check needs to clear before shipping)
VIEWING ORDERS :
To view Orders login to your account & click on “My Account” in the top control panel , this will give you info on recent orders and allow you to update your information.
UPDATING ACCOUNT INFO. :
To update your account info , login to your “My Account” with the EMAIL ADDRESS and PASSWORD you used to register. If you have forgotten them follow the instruction & a new password and/or ID will be sent to you. The Account Dashboard allows you to update your account information , address , newsletter & change password etc.
